YEHA Camp was the first big workshop I did as a new Dahn member. I loved the training so much. We did yoga, Dahn Mu Do, and also worked in groups and with partners to develop leadership skills. The training was just a few days — but in Sedona, AZ at the Ilchi Meditation Center....
