Bullfrog Belly:

1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your knees bent slightly. Position your hands in the shape of a triangle with your thumbs on your belly button.

2. Push your abdomen out, making your belly round.

3. Pull in your abdomen deeply, keeping your shoulders relaxed. Breathe naturally. Continue to push out and pull in. Repeat 50 times.

Touching Clouds:

1. Clasp your hands together and push your palms to the ceiling. Inhale as you push. Older children can rise up on tiptoes. Hold for a few counts.

2. Exhale and return to the original position. Repeat 3-5 times.
