It Is the Humans Who Have to Do the Work
Why do humans insist upon differentiating everything, ever since we ate of the grape in Mago’s Castle, or the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden? Why do we separate God from humans? Mine from yours? My religion from your religion? My country from your country? Is it so difficult to create this concept of “us” as you and I as One? Can we open up our minds a little bit more to allow the possibility of coexistence in harmony and tolerance? Can we create this new road, the road that the Creator surely would want us to take? The road we are on right now will ultimately lead us to ruination.
Looking back on our various traditions and history, we know that, although the Creator has given us life. He has also given us free will. The Creator has given us the power to utilize nature for our benefits but has not actively stopped our abuses, giving us choice in our actions. The world’s problems lie not in the realm of the Creator, but in the realm of humans. If humanity should perish due to our misjudgments and arrogance, the Creator will watch and observe but will not actively intervene, for He has given us all the tools necessary to make corrections. It is up to us to do the work.
