The Brain Respiration Exercises can be classified into two parts: Aii’aking the Senses and Sensing the Energy. As the name suggests, Awaking the Senses refers to practicing innovative and unfamiliar exercises designed to stimulate under-utilized parts of the brain. Awaking the Senses will facilitate the flow of energy and blood, resulting in Su-Seung-Hwa-Gang and relaxation that will lead to balance of the body and mind. Limiting the responsiveness of our senses in this way has many advantages, allowing us a sense of security and a more manageable life.
