I enjoy my Dahn program because:

It is a well structured class to encompass stretching, breathing, training, yoga exercises and meditation all in one session. It is executed at a very simple level, appropriate for all ages, yet incredibly effective the way it is all structured together. It allows everyone to feel immediate benefits at a physical and mental level. But the Dahn program will quickly become even much more than that for people interested in their advanced training and workshops.

My Dahn Yoga practice has benefited me in the following ways:

I was able to drastically improve the energy flow within and ridding myself of blockages. My body is gradually healing itself. Physically I have more energy. I sleep better at night and my poor digestion improved dramatically. Mentally I am much less stressed and my ability to focus and concentrate improved greatly. But even greater benefits for me were at a spiritual level, where I was able to come to ter___ with some very important existentional understandings, due to that I developed greater joy and happiness. I found a new purpose in my life and I am starting to discover an inner peace.

I believe Ilchi Lee should be recognized because:

Ilchi Lee not only created a great well balanced Dahn Yoga and DahnMuDo program, but he also is a great leader and teacher and a pioneer in bringing Brain Education and Brain Respiration to the average people in a very simple yet tremendously effective way. It was able to personally experience the benefits of such techniques during vibration exercises and a great advanced training about Brain Respiration. Also I really received a great education about the subject by reading his books, “Human Technology” and “Brain Respiration.”

You also can measure his leadership by the leaders and the environment he created in Hawaii and all over the US and the world. I firmly believe that Ilchi Lee’s Dahn program will be a great and integral part of a spiritual awakening that is happening in Hawaii and all over the world.

I am tremendously grateful to Ilchi Lee for having devoted his life in creating this wonderful Dahn program. The program was the cursor in my spiritual awakening. I can now shine brightly and make a difference on this earth of ours. The Dahn program and Ilchi Lee’s websites will be one main part of my spiritual growth.
