When we let the fresh air in our body, we feel awake, refreshed and energized.
Actually this is all about breathing?
breathing in fresh air and releasing the toxins.

Breathing is mechanical.
It occurs automatically.
You don’t have to think about breathing.
It happens by itself.
It is what our body does.
Exactly in the same fashion, thinking is also mechanical.
Thinking occurs automatically.
You don’t have to think about thinking.
It is a routine of the brain.
It is what the brain does.
Moreover, just like you can control your respiration, you are able to conrol how the brain thinks?
although both are somethng that very few people do.”

I’m thinking how important the brain is… we need to know how to breathe right.

  1. How true ! Breathing, although automatic, can be so refreshing when we focus our mind and attention to it. Take a breath of the clean, crisp air this morning – feels like autumn. Fill your lungs with this glorious, cool air, and focus on the sensations in your body. Refresh and revitalize your body and spirit !
