STRESS RELIEF & POSITIVE ATTITUDE

I began Dahn Yoga training over three months ago and I have found it to be beneficial in many ways. Physically much of the tension and pain that I had been experiencing for several years began to dissipate. Mentally I felt more relaxed and confident. I am a high school teacher and within the first two weeks of attending yoga class I had stopped raising my voice in my own classroom. I found myself able to listen to my students with greater care and generally had more fun teaching. I have been able to act with a stronger positive attitude in every aspect of my life: family, co-workers and even when I am in the grocery store among strangers. Spiritually the practice has given me a firmer control of my energies and is helping me to fine tune much of the understanding that I have cultivated over many years. I have gained new awareness and appreciation for what I can do as an individual to alleviate the pain and suffering around me.

  1. Great~~. I received the same benefits like Edna. And I saw a lot of teachers who taken BE training were able to guide kids to the right way to use their powerful brain. We can change our educational environment and the future through Brain Education.
